Meet the person behind this project

Hi, lovely people! My name is Ana, and I’m constantly trying to find a balance in life and in my space. Here are three things about me: I’m currently based in London, I have a 9-to-5 fully remote job, and I discovered yoga as one of my favorite activities a couple of years ago.

Like many of us, I often find myself in a stressed state of mind and under pressure. I also have a high level of anxiety, especially when it comes to my job. That’s why one of my main priorities is to find things that make me feel peaceful and grateful. For me right now, that means walking around London with my partner, doing yoga, going to the gym, and simply enjoying a cozy evening with a candle.

Here, I’ll share my best findings for a better mental state, home, yoga, London spots, and some random things I find useful.
